Welcome to PetesChoice.com- Pete Gustin’s restaurant review website. Below you will find reviews for many restaurants in and around the Boston area. They are graded on 2 separate categories. The first is the FOOD category (noted in the left hand column of the review templates). Based on a 5 star system this refers to the quality of food served at the restaurant. The ATMOSPHERE category (found on the right hand side of the templates) is also on a 5 star system. The atmosphere is based on many things including décor, speed and helpfulness of the wait staff, noise level and ability to carry on a conversation, roominess and/or cramped seating in a restaurant and the overall dining experience.

The background of each review is the most important part. If it is GREEN that means the restaurant is definitely worth going to. You’ll love it. If it is YELLOW the restaurant is not necessarily bad, but it’s probably not worth going out of your way to eat at. Much like a street light in Boston you can either choose to obey or not obey the yellow warning. If a review has a RED background, then stay away. It’s not worth your time or money.
